The ABC’s of Special Needs Planning Made Easy© may be returned for replacement only, if in shipping, the integrity of the Book has been damaged by the shipper.

If The ABC’s of Special Needs Planning Made Easy© is damaged and you wish to return the merchandise for replacement only, contact us at 888-447-2525 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise must be returned within (7) days of delivery. The shipper will pick up the damaged merchandise at your residence or place of business. If that is not convenient, you may return the merchandise via the U.S. Post Office.
